What we collect

The name, email address, company and message you enter in the contact form. We use this to review your request.

Storage

Form requests are kept on this server and delivered to our agency mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail. Local form records and mailbox monitoring metadata are retained for up to 30 days. Email copies and follow-up correspondence remain in our mailbox for handling your enquiry; they are not covered by the server’s automatic 30-day deletion. Zoho processes email on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country.

IP address

A salted, one-way digest of your IP address is kept with the form request for up to 30 days, and in a spam-limiting attempt record for up to 24 hours. Records are cleared every day.

Cookies

We store your analytics choice in the minimolo_analytics cookie for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and enquiry steps using cookies lasting up to 90 days. Advertising features are disabled. Names, email addresses and form answers are not sent to Analytics; page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. A two-minute minimolo_lead cookie marks a successfully saved enquiry for consenting visitors and is removed when counted. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer; the site and contact form still work. Project demos do not load Google Analytics.

Optional session recordings

If you choose Analytics & recordings, Hotjar also collects clicks, scrolling and page interactions to create heatmaps and session replays. Its cookies may last up to one year. Hotjar is not loaded on contact pages, form responses, project demos, or URLs with arbitrary query parameters or fragments. Input fields are suppressed. Hotjar/Contentsquare processes this data on its infrastructure. Choose Analytics only to disable recordings, or reject optional cookies to disable both tools.

Project demos

On prospect demo pages, our own server measures visible reading time, scrolling and clicked link paths without cookies or browser identifiers. We do not store IP addresses; daily-salted hashes used to combine repeated measurements and the measurement records are deleted within seven days.

The project demos use demonstration data. Information you enter in a demo stays in the open page’s memory, is not sent to the server and is cleared on refresh. Demos do not create real orders, payments or notifications. The contact form’s retention policy is described above.

Language selection

The landing-page language is selected on the server using the IP country. Your IP address is not sent to an external geolocation service for this purpose. You can change the language in the menu.
